Go for a drive....
Go out with mates and have a laugh....
Put my favorite tunes on through the headphones and chill out....

just finding my feet
i listen to music on headphones,,, sounds strange but it seems to work for me as i have some big downers and get stressed out at times
oasis/guns and roses ect,,,,,, things i listen to when i was a kid and dont get time for now works well when thats all i can hear,,,,,,,,, oh and ugly kid joe "everything about you" is just great, that was one of the songs that does it the best for me
if i fancy being depressed for a bit,,,,, hard to explain but refection time i guess then i listen to sould asylim " runaway train"
music really is a healer for me in every way

Im not sure if any of you guys are aware, i have no family at all. Just me. no brothers, no sisters, and no contact with my parents. Was brought up in care for a long time.
And its only occasionally, in fact quite rarely it hits me ya know? And im not normally one to let me emotions show... but tonight... i dont know whats wrong with me. Im just feeling real sorry for myself.

I must admit gareth, i rarely have down days, there are so many people out there who are less fortunate than me..... i am a very luck person, i have a roof over my head and i have food in my belly and someone in my life who cares for me very much.
Im not sure if any of you guys are aware, i have no family at all. Just me. no brothers, no sisters, and no contact with my parents. Was brought up in care for a long time.

i thought you did speak to your old man ?
im a little like that,,, i distance myself from family as i never get along with them, these days they changed and wanna get to know us as a family even though we was thrown out a few years ago, i also have nikki who never lets me get down, ive been there a few times and she always seems to cheer me up or generally get me to fix up/kick me up the arse
seriously listening to music on headphones,,,,, not on a stereo but grab ya ipod and do it that way
