Default Road Legal Goped ???????

One of my mates has had a couple of gopeds for a few years now, and they are a great laugh, awesome fun after a few beers

Pic of a goped for anyone who aint sure lol,

Only problem being they aint road legal

So after a few more beers, we got onto the subject of making a road legal goped, which would actually suit be REALLY well for getting to the station in the mornings, taking it on the train with me to Waterloo (its smaller then a mountain bike so i cant see this being a problem?), and then riding to work in London, would save me loads of hassle lol.

Quick look on the net this morning and it would appear it is actually possible, and there are a few about, just need to register it as a moped, fit lights and a horn and a few bits and bobs,

Does anyone have a road legal goped? or know enough about them to advise on this?

Thanks

Peter

If you got a daytime mot you would only need a brake light.

You see track bikes all the time with daytime mot's

yesterday i saw a very normal looking un strengthened mountain bike with a very small engine attached to it whirring away, i have never seen anything like it and was prepared to stop the bloke to have a look, normally bicycle/small engined ones look shit like a moped with pedals, this looked just normal bike with a engine

Can you take canisters of petrol on the train? Could be an issue.

Anyone got any pics of the Reyland Goped?

normal proper mountain bike with a very small engine,i would like to know where from and how it all works .

if you had a bike like the above nobody unless they heard it and looked for the engine would know its a motorbike technically.
