im hopeless with computers . ive got a couple of music tracks that i can only seem to play on VLC media player. id like to get them to run on WMP and also to put them on disk .

i have downloaded a few converters but none seem to be able to do it.

and one in the know . any advice ?

Not sure if its of any use but i use http://www.filehippo.com/download_klite_codec_pack/ and dont have any problems with playing my files.
