ROFLOL. There are some great restuarants local for emergency therapy. 
I decided i needed to learn to cook now Nicole has the baby while im at work, and also deceided that i need to be Gordon Ramsey standard by my Birthday so i have a target.(05/11)
Ive made a great start even if i do say so myself and the steaks have been coming out excellent. Not quite Ramsey style yet, but certainly beefeater quality. I have some great tools on their way to help the steak progress, then i will move onto fish and different seasonings.
If your going to do it, you may as well do it right and i have found i quite enjoy it! Shocker!

Arse, just tried to eat, and cant 
Got really bad throat at the moment (cant even talk, if any of my colleages need anything im having to communicate by typing it on the screen, which im sure they all prefer to my usual ramblings) its been getting a bit better today so thought I would be ok for tonight, but sadly Im still not.
So thats me fucked for eating anything tonight then
