I am fitting a cossie T3 turbo on to my S2 but its upside down (the return is on the top) Do i just undo all the bolts on the exhaust side and just hit it round?, Also i can not get 3 of the bolts out due to the oil return and the water feed being in the way. Basicley do i just hit it round until its correct?. Just want to make sure before i brake something.

yep, undo/loosen ALL the bolts, and it should just slip round with a gentle tap.

to get at the other bolts remove the oil return and water fittings.

there is no way fo getting the bolts out without moving the exhaust housing first.
