Proper oil pump or uprated std pump ?

Proper oil pump or uprated std pump ?

First I do not know if I really need to have more oil pressure in my engine. Its a stage 3 engine, no breather kit, and on std oil pump. But as I have the bottom out of the engine, should I buy the spring kit to get more pressure out of the std pump, get a proper oil pump, or leave it std ? Thanks in advance.

genuine ford pump, been hearing bad things about uprated 1's failing a lot recently, and get yourself a decent breather system as well

Is a breather system that much important or ? I mean from which power range will it damage the engine not to have one fitted ?

youve got contacts - just get yourself a proper wrc breather lol get a proper pump from matt lewis he knows which are good/have problems cant go wrong!
