Loading Java Applets
If after a short wait you were not prompted for a Userid and Password in the top frame, then the Java Applet was not successfully downloaded to your browser. Your corporate firewall has probably been configured to strip out Java Applets.

To correct this problem, you should print this page and speak to your Network Administrator.

Access to our service requires that the corporate firewall permit your user's browser, or all user's browsers to fetch Java applets from WWW.YOURSITE.COM or NNN.NNN.NNN.NNN.

You can visit http://java.sun.com for more information on Java applet security.

This is what i get

speak to you Network Administrator.

who are these guys^^^^^^^^

I have a bt home hub and it's my windows saying no won't let me download it even tho i say yes???
