Default powder coating ?

has anyone ever tried to drill thru it ? what happens ?

my rocker cover is powder coated thanks to gaz and i need to fit a oil breather setup

my worry id that when i drill the cover it will all crack and look a fookin mess ?

any way round it ?

You could try masking tape first and drill the whole out with a very fine pilot drill before resorting to the size you want? Just start REALLY carefully.

how about heating the tip of the drill bit first??? only a plastic coating really...

As Mike says Matt...mask it up & drill very slow, thats how i did mine.

If you turn the cover upside down, it is quite obvious - there is a hole through the gasket that doesn't go anywhere - drill here
