I think it should be twelve top cars with there owners, if there is a nice PF lady to spice it up a bit then thats a bonus imo.
I reckon it should be a large main picture- arty farty type then a brief spec of the car/owner with possibly some smaller action shots of said car in the corners/side of the print.
nice to have a few seperate bits to look at each month imo- don't want it too plain, makes it more personal with the actual owner taking part aswell.
less like a mass produced bunch of pics if you add details and faces

leeeroy honey, if you wanna try and get one done for 2009 then feel free!
I dont think you guys genuinely understand the organisation that has to go into this?
Dont forget most of us all have full time jobs and other responsibilities, so this would be purely an as and when it can be done thing!

depends if you want to arrange photoshoots for specific cars, or ask if previous pics can be used. The reyland cars have had extensive high res photography for instance!

I understand, it's easy for me to sit here impatiently.

It takes time to get quality photos especially good action shots, so 3 months is a little soon considering funding, cars, photographer etc.. needs sorting.

I totally agree, but maybe IF there was enough high res photos already kicking about then it would be a possiblity.
Either way I'm easy.

If going for a 2009 calender, im sure we can muster enough pictures that are high res already, LOTS of people on here have had their cars featured with action shots, be it flames or drifting or burnouts etc by fast ford, and im absolutely positive that DanW would happily release the images to us to use in exchange for a small fast ford logo somewere on the calender, as would renton from redline, and I suspect the same is true of performance ford, as for all of them, its free advertising in exchange for old content!

how about along with the main picture of a ford, each month has a group shot of members from the various passionford meets that take place every month with a little feature on the meet (venue, dates, times, atmosphere etc)?

Also, by then I will be into my second year of my graphics design course and I am not too bad now so I wouldn't mind helping design the calendar. I'm sure it would be to a professional standard.

Only accepted very high res shots, still took over a week to digitally edit some of them (fag ends on floor - trees and lamp posts growing out of car roofs etc)
Still have the pics somewhere, so could theoretically do a print run tomorrow starting October.
Wonder how many cars are still around

The full sized main Pf calendar (A3) is available all year round with a selectable start month. So if you order in August you will still get a full 12 month calendar which runs from September to September
