Looks like you've got a sticky caliper or the pad isn't sliding cleanly.

Looks more like the pad has gone 'off' if you see what I mean, Used to get this on my works vito van quite regularly. Mercedes just said it was quite common and stuck new pads and discs on.
What are you using on there disc and pad wise? Both sides or just one?

Clean out the holes in the disc with a drill bit, flat off the pad on some sandpaper and a wooden block, re fit and it will clear itself.

Build up of crap in the holes is the most likely cause.

thats why I hate cross drilled disks. Not only are they weak and can crack around the holes but they do get crap stuck in the holes which can dislodge and damage your disks.
