WTF, 30k a year BASIC for 38 hours a week,,,, in a job WHERE THEY GET PAIED TO TRAIN
then they will get over time too
fuck me and we moaned about the post office ffs
hope they scrap the bus system all together !!!

seriously what is SOO hard that they require such a good wage
its not like they have to sort there OWN training and then apply for the job
THEY ARE FUCKING TRAINED TO DO THE JOB
most aint got ANY education, take away there drivers licence and the only job they can do is the post office !

1) they dont all get 30k a year, you read that off an advert in the paper 
2) supply and demand, if there were loads of people queing up to do it theyd demand a lower wage
salary is not based upon how hard you work, it's based around how valuable you are to your employer.

You driven anything bigger than a car round central London?
Then there's living expenses.
Presuming London, as buses in other areas advertise shit hourly rates on the back.
Those bendys are 60 foot long ffs.
No fun driving large vehicles in London, I'd want that money to do it.
Only do it once a week and nearly kill lots of people as it is.

nothing worse than seeing people with no skills trying to gain MORE money but dont actually do any extra work for it
maybe its cause i do work hard for a living, i HATE hearing about these lazy fucks who want more money cause they heard about how much OTHERS are being paid
paying bus drivers 30k a year is stupid considering that busses are ment to be there to get POOR people a chance at travel
paying them 30k is a fucking joke,,,, considering that the price of transport is a fucking joke in london !

Fair play to them if they are earning 30k a year. I personally wouldnt want to do it and as you said ginge you wouldnt do it either. This is why there job earns them more money. Its that simple.

BUT i have a MIN target i have to hit, i have requirements of me that HAS to be done and some days i get home and just fall asleep
3 months ago i was so tired and falling asleep at my desk at 5ish due to being knackard that i took 3 days off where i just slept and chilled to recoupe
but also i work 60 hours a week to with no lunch break
if i aint got nothing to do, i have to contact customers and MAKE the cash come in, visit customers and resolve issues
its not the same as driving a bus with old people and school kids arguing about " sorry no change" when someone has a fiver,,, or REFUSE to accept coppers or 5p's as its too hard to fucking count
not to mention the noise and polution they cause with there DIRTY fucking engines

If you're on your high horse, I can think of better targets than people driving in terrible congestion on shit narrow roads with unbelievably bad drivers and suicidal cyclists, risk of being stabbed or blown up by terrorists, high living costs etc...
Then you've footballers who wouldn't get out of bed for 30k a week.
You need more important things in life to worry about I reckon.

i had to collect 3 people from wembly today who couldnt get to work due to them RELYING on the busses to get there
otherwise they would have taken 2 hours to get to work,, this affects MY targets and MY money
if they CARED about theres customers they fair play, most of em couldnt give a shite

And tbh i know someone in the ticket office on the tube and he's on 30+k for selling ticket's then their's the tube driver getting more and he's only got to go forward's and stop!
It is a skilled job whether you like it or not and they get a good wage but not all get the 30k that's in london after all

I dont actually recall the london drivers acting largly on their threats of striking,unfortunately that is the only language employees understand.
