The bridge is just as you enter the track, carries the road back towards the Dorint (where i stayed) and the gantry is like a scaffold bridge at the start of the last straight, as you come out of the last right hander

you cant miss it, the down hil part after the cones there a sort of platform with people taking pictures on it,,, also walking over it ect,,,,, THATS CALLED A BRIDGE, its like that thing you pay money to drive over to enter England so you dont get wet

the gantry,,, well its at the end,, the LONG LONG LONG straight where you can see where your going bit ( and there aint any on the i promise you apart from there)

well theres a mini sort of bridge, made from scaffolding almost,,,, but too small for people or cars to travel over,,, got a sign on it

thats the gantry

hope this helps... next week we can talk about other forms of platforms available

22 secs into this vid, big Bilstein logo on it is your start.

9.13 on the same vid, Audi RS 4 logo is the gantry.

Don't go chasing times straight away, learn the track and have fun

Hmmm. Touch too late for me to repeat something said to me when I asked for advice. (StevenRW )

Watch a million laps on Youtube to get track knowledge. Then test yourself by skippping forward to a random point ans seeing if you can reel off the lap.

First lap. Just be aware of the others bearing down on you. Its highly unlikely you'll overtake anything.

Have fun.

Time urself if u want, just don't try and go flat out on your first lap. What on earth difference does starting a watch do to the likelihood of crashing? Some sort of vodoo magic going on round here?

Best to learn the track on play station and videos before going, then u will be fine.

(whoops never noticed Rich W posted above)
