Well what i'd do sara is remove ze plug in question and have a look to see if you have destroyed it or to see if its covered in petrol/oil. If it seems fine then a compression test will tell ya if ya headgsket, piston or valve has died

Let us know how ya get on ok

It means you have either holed a piston which is very likely because No 4 is the Norm or a oil ring has callapsed or the headgasket has gone near an oil way. What you need to do now is take the head off and see what it actually is.The head has to come off anyway,Not looking good i'm afraid

Well it can be a something as simple as a headgasket or rebuild time, you won't know untill you take the head off

You can just repace the one if it hasn't damaged anything,i've repaced one before with no probs.

you know you shouldn't of caned it so why do it?? you'll learn the hard way unfortunately

U can replace 1 but u have to make sure they are all balances 2gether etc which is y alot of ppl reccomend replacing all 4. What its worth doin is cleaning up the plug and re-gaping it then run it without the injector connected (the wire to it not the actual injector ) cos its probably flooded by now anyway. Once u done that put the plug back in and give it a go!!

If it was Jim, he would take it out and wrap some gaffer tape round it and stuff a broken pencil in the hole.......

This probably confirms that you have a piston like a candle in a blast furnace. I suspect that you have a very very high chance that it's melted....

Pull the head off and have a look.

Hope it's not a piston, I did number 2 on my escos at 155mph when a piston ring gave up the ghost, took a lot with it as well, cost a fookin fortune for repairs.

After hearing that i would say theres been some serious internal damage. Best to do a compression test to confirm and then best way find out what damage is to take the head off.

Chances are if its a piston or something gone then the whole engine will need to be stripped down again

worth doing, dosn't take long & eliminates a brocken rocker or
a rocker stud pulled from the head.
