Well I think I got captured on camera 2 weeks ago yesterday so I presume I've still got a couple of days left yet for the all clear as the potential letter might be held up in the post!!??

Don`t forget mate,not all cameras will have a cartridge in,i know on the Wirral particularly they alternate the cameras that are live because of the cost of maintaining them.....

Probably only 75-80% are active

This was a Mr Plod stood on a bridge over the M6 toll road at 8:15am on a Saturday morning...I thought it was a bloke walkin a dog until I got tooo close, as I went under the bridge I looked in my rear view mirror & saw his Ovlov parked down a slip road...strangely enough with its headlights on....I was expecting to get followed tbh but nothing!!!

and how do you prove when they sent it, im not saying they will, but they may back date the letter? or say the original got lost or you must have thrown it away?

anyway if it was a copper he would have had a laser gun and have to of given chase imo, as they only capture speed and not anything else unless there is something new on the market. You sure it wasn;t a camera partnership, what speed was you going.

They have 14 days to send the NIP to the registered keeper, not the alleged driver

They need to send the NIP within 14 days. You can receive it anytime afterwards.

And, we only have to post it first class. It does not have to go recorded delivery. As to proof of postage we usally just keep a copy of it which is dated.
