1.How much roughly would u need for a 2.0zvh for my rst nothing crazy to start with just something that i could build on so whats that maybe 200 -220 bhp
2.Whats the best way to do it , get a hold of a mondy bottom end from scrappys and do it ma self ? what car would be the best one to get the bottom end from? or what garage would uz guys recommend to do the work ?? i know theres alot more to it than just this , but anybody out there who has already done this could give me some pointers , it would be appreciated £2000 grand to play with but would i need to save a bit more ??

My whole cars up for sale with 288 bhp and 320 lbs ft torque,engines done less than 2000 miles. make an offer/swap if ya interested, or for the right money I'd sell the engine and management on its own.

2K should see you with a half decent engine.

My advise would be too look through Performance Ford mag and look for companies that sell a fully built engine, people such as Race Power Motorsport on 01322 386677.
There is a lot of work to get it all correct, like the water pump plate, belt tensioner, blanking off the oil returns, fitting turbo oil return, additional breather on the back of the engine, plugging the front breather etc

You need to consider other things such as your intercooler, management etc.
