whats the little grey/someimes green blob immediately below a users post count? Not the online/offline one, if i hover my mouse over it usually comes up with the username, but sometimes says 'is on a path to distinction' or something?

Does it mean owt?

It just relates to their post count, its like a rank system.

It doesn't mean anything really
