When you make a call and get an automated answer,you know where it say pick option 1,2,3,4 etc how do you pick the option as when i tried earlier my keypad was locked and had to kill the call to un lock it,this was the same 3 times before i just gave up and ended up in customer services who then put me through.

When you call someone there is a menu on the screen with the option of keypad on it. The screen will go black when you put the phone to your face but should not lock.
