my advice is DEFO use sealer first, B&Q sell it.

I didn't use sealer and my sticky tyres keep flaking bits of paint off the floor

Did mine a little while back, makes a big improvement, although where the car sits overnight, it took the paint off the floor in no time! I put some old car mats down on the floor now where the tyres sit to protect it a bit

sealer deffo works...takes less paint as the floor doesnt soak the paint up when sealed, and lasts much longer...

Get some ship's deck paint. 2 pack. Won't lift, ever.. Even if you want it too, so pick your colour wisely

no matter how much sealer you put down, it will still lift if you use crap paint, you must use an epoxy based paint, not the cheap B+Q crap, its very expensive though, but does go a long way, my paint comes in 5litre tins plus activator to mix in.
