Go Kart help.
Does anyone know how much roughly i'd be looking at for a 125 Rotax Kart and what sort of intervals the rebuilds are on the engines? I've had motocross bikes in the past so rebuilding the 2 stroke engine shouldnt be ok.

i have had 2 rotax maxs in the past, rebuild are circa 50hrs but this depends in use as if you are racing then rebuild will be more frequent to optimise performance.
Rebuild arnt cheap and the motors aare sealed. Breaking the seal greatly reduces the value m8.
Great great kart, very fast, very reliable!!!!!!!

theres a wire running around the engine with a id tag. You should also get a logbook with the kart. If this is missing they can be worth alot less so be carefull. itdepends on what you want tbh and what you pay to start off. My 2 mates just sold there 2002 tonykart Rotax max with loads of spares for £1200. Both karts were mint and very highly prepared
