we're getting a little side tracked here, we need to disuade this poor lost lamb from buying a plate that doesn't really say anything then ponying it up to make it almost say something

46 isn't part of the sequence for sale - those would just be in the normal general release for new cars being registered, unless a whole plate that includes a 46 happens to spell a word, in which case it would be kept for auction.
The sale numbers vary depending on which prefix letter it is, but generally you can buy 1-20, all the 10's, (30, 40, 50, etc), repeaters (11, 22, 111, etc) and 100s (100, 200, etc)

Re-spacing is proper GAY.
29 HFU is meant to be like that and looks way cooler in looks and £££'s
C5 LXX spaced to look like CSL is just SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO pony. It DOES say....I cant afford a decent plate.
