I could get all the gears in the box but no drive afther sitting at the side of the road for a hour waiting for my mate to come back i tryed it again, But still no joy then put my foot right down and let the pedal bang back up and it was fine???

Its to do with the cover I think? but dont quote me on it mate.
The Alcon feels ten times better than the AP thats why I run one.
My Alcon has also lasted for years so no need to change it but when I do i will fit another one but with the AP cover and pressure plate.
Just go a wee bit slower when changing gear and it should be ok.

tryed this also, was launching @ 7900 rpm when it stuck.
Had to use force to get it off.
It´s stuck on the flywheel and mine is a 4 plate sachs and an uprated ap pressure plate

Mines springs back up a few secs after the revs drop and I have learned to drive around the problem thats why its never bothered me plus it keeps your clutch cable adusted properly as thats how your suppose to take up any slack in the cable.
Let me know what you find out![Big Grin](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)
