anybody scan in or find the feature somewhere as id like to know more about it, suspension engine spec etc etc, no reply from the seller yet

 

It was in the May 07 Performance Ford when i had it.Pukka engine but still not quite doing that much power and torque when i had it.Had a Sport box,70 in 1st,so it was difficult to launch with that big turbo.I really wanted to put that motor into the Puma but the wife went apeshit.Should have done it anyway and told her where to go.

I think it was ony the back carpet and back seats that were removed Andy, still had all electrics and front interior. The new shell he had was fully caged with no sunroof,no door internals and poly windows, dont know how much lighter it would have ended up.

 

right, i knew there was seats out it and still had roof trim etc

 

lads martin built the engine harvy dyno'ed it

 

so can martin confirm it made 650bhp and 590 lbft as i havnt seen an engine with more torque than martins own engine on that dyno !

 

No, those figures are incorrect. Having said that on the Gumball that engine monstered everything in it's path

i cant remember the exact figure i think it was about 600 on race fuel

Think it was about 580hp on pump and 620 ish on race. On the Gumball we reved the life out of it and it didn't miss a beat, the more we reved it the more it seemed to want

 

wiked thats just like the engine it the escos it hangs on to 600 hp from 7500-8500 like you sed with that engine the more you rev it the happier it is !!
