its all fucking bullshit
not so long ago everyone smoked, fry ups were cooked in lard, all drinks were full fat loaded with sugar, we all enjoyed things, but not so many fat ppl you allways saw old farts with flat caps and a rollup stick out of there mouths
whats changed is us were all fucking lazy me included
i am overweight, i do smoke i do smoke canibis, i do drink.
why spend your life struggling to do what told not eat quite what you shouldnt when hundreds of years of prev people prove otherwise, maybe we have added ten years life expectancy i dont know but you know what fuck it
to me 50 odd years of good livin is far better than 600odd sticking by the rules, not having that extra thing, leaving yourself short when you do actualy want something
enjoy life, i thoroughly feel if you do do enough excersise etc you can do as you wish fook it, however i am aware i dont do enough excersise and ill more than likely be dead by 65
