Default is this a cosworth t5 gearbox mount...?

my bmw has a mix and match of parts cut and welded together and this gearbox mount rubber has seperated from the metal so i dont know where to go for a replacement, bmw or ford.
is this a t5 mount?

Doesn't appear to be from what I can see, I thought the 2wd's used an alloy cross bracket kinda thing?

will do, my cameras fooked so i used my mobile. the top bit fits into the square hole in the bottom bit .....photo to follow.....
my mounting cradle is a welded up bodge job and the top part is alloy but very dirty, theres also an alloy block spacer between the mount and the cradle. theres a big round disc that bolts up through the bottom part

dam, my pics arent resizing.......
the top part is alloy with a rubber bush....and thats seperated from the lower part....

closer inspection has revealed a part number of 85hf-6068-bac and 60075 and a ford logo on the rubber bush so its definately ford . it looks different to the ones posted above .....?
