also got fezzy turbo ecu (dunno code) and a set of beige injectors somewhere too.....

1.8 zetec bottom end with machined pistons i think also, loads of old rst/zetec stuff.

just used emeralds on my bro`s zetec turbo mk3 so nothing was needed.

and an RST head that i was gonna throw away as its been sat in the back yard for several years!!

I'll try adding to your list from expereince of when i converted my S2.
Crank sensor
ECU (Ofab)
Engine Loom
Map sensor
Inlet & injectors
Adapter plate
Xr3i flywheel (efi)
Fuel line from filter to fuel rail
Coil pack? MFI head?
mfi head with adapter or efi without makes no difference as the coil pack sits the same place. you simply blank off where the hole for the cam/dizzy sits/sat(blank available from ford still)
hole drilled as mentioned or efi/maybe 90 spec bottom end for cps.
along with inlet you need the fuel rail with pressure regulator, sensors etc so pretty much a complete and working FRST inlet.
EDIS unit also suited to OFAB
rev counter to accept signal as not all mfi ones work(didn't on mine had to use an efi xr3i rev counter)
fuel pump relay to wire as its different.
Plus someone handy to do it all as once i had all the bits i didn't know whre to start

That pretty much what i thought i needed and its ZVH so its already got a cps hole,
I have done a efi zvh before but it was in a 3i (EFI) so wasn't to hard.
