how many years warranty will you get with a halfords alternator?

as title, think my alternator has packed up but its less than a year old but i have lost the damm reciept!

i would guess 1 year from purchase with proof of purchase..

your fooked!

Have to buy another one and show them that receipt, a few weeks later so it weathers.
