Default Setting Throttle postion sensor?

What is the best way to set the throttle position sensor on a 3 door cosworth?

I was always told, disconnect the throttle cable from the linkage, undo the the 2 philips screws a few turns, pull the TPS off a few mil & then tighten.

Not 100% accurate, but will just about do !!

hmmm. there is a correct method for the PF09 (4x4) type, and im sure there is one for PF01 (2wd) but i dont know what it is, as they work in opposite ways to each other....
