Some of you will know this car from previous passionford meets and ever since he took me out in it i was really really impressed at the performance and handling so ive bought it
power is 358 bhp it weighs 900kg and has 376 lbft of torque so you can guess it goes pretty damm well.
358bhp!!!! that thing should fly. ive always loved that shape ibizas i think they are much nicer than the newer ones.
has it had much done to it?

There was a lad up here that ran a 1.8T Ibiza (same colour as this) about 5 years ago and IIRC it was around 270-280bhp & 310-320lb/ft and he did quite a few gearboxes in the time he had it. It was never used on track, but it did have a hard life around the country roads in the area.
What mods have been done to take 220kg out the kerb weight?
i dread to think he said that was the last time it went to the weighbridge before he took it off the road, it doesnt even have the lifters to keep the bootlid open
