Can someone please tell me what oil to use for a 9 inch diff ??

You can't get 9" diff oil anymore

so your diff is pretty much useless now.
Send it to me and I'll dispose of it for you

The Ford book says Hypoid oil for the Viscous version, if it's plated type LSD you will probably have to run Castrol 373

a plated unit then use fully synthetic 80w/140w thats good enough

i have a xtrac 9"plated diff and thats the oil ill be using , i use the same oil in my 7.5 gripper plated diff
