it was more of a fog in the air if you know what i mean. There was however a bit of rubber on the roads that i left exiting the roundabout got a feeling im gonna be fooked!

know exactley what you mean about witnesses - if a witness hadn't told the police i rammed the taxi while driving a bus on purpose (even tho it was), and if the witness hadn't made a fake injury claim, (even tho he wasn't on the bus 
) saying he hurt his back falling off the seat, then i wouldn't have 6 points now

The police have already visited the scene of the accident immediately after it happened and took PHOTOS and MEASUREMENTS of the marks left by his powerslide , which they will be using as evidence in court .

If it makes you feel any better, I stacked my 306 onto the traffic island as you turn left out of the ring road just after the dip, turning left in towards Sainsburys?/Kudos in Watford.
Traffic Police turned up, confiscated the car, took measurements of the HUGE skidmarks, and told me I'd be done for dangerous driving etc etc.......... nothing came of it, as I simply told them that I'd swerved to avoid another car
Anything I can do mate, let me know.............

gutted for ya m8, but as said above try for the driver course as it saves a lot o fookin hassle, i had a smash a few years back and was offered one so took it, cost me Ł120 but no fine and no points 
, and the one i did they didnt look down at you or anything there was even a grade 1 police driver on my course and they had also had driving instructors on it

i was lucky i crashed mine at night i was also lucky i had all my documents on me the police thought i had just nicked it
