the phone i have is shit and i'm only 7months into my contract, want the n95 8gig but they want want £175 for me to cancel.(i told them i wanted to cancel then go with vodaphone, bullshitting).
now i would be happy to stay with three and take out an 18 month contract to get the n95 but they wont let me do it free of charge till late october.
i want it now for free, how do i get it??
even some new bullshit to give them on the phone would be a help

what you can do is take out a new phone then try to return it to the store within 7 days they phone up the help line saying why you want to disconnect orange offered me £175 to pay 3 basicly to keep me as a customer.

ask them for your pack code (which is the code you need to keep your number but on a differrent network) and they'll cave in if you sound serious enough!

sounds good but the wifey in deli called my bluff when i tried to call hers,i said "ok if you cant do anything i will cancel" she said "ok how do you want to pay off your contract? by credit or debit card?".
feck i thought she would have caved and matched my fictitious vodaphone £100 and said " ok you give us £65 quid and we can start a new 18month contract".

I was out of contract but got nowhere with O2 this month, so took out a £15pm Simplicity contract (no phone, but 200 mins, 400 texts, free O2 to O2 and only 30 day notice required). I'll let that run for a while then see what they will offer.
