gearbox man need price
hi how much would you do a pinshoted and polished gear set in a gear box t5 2wd gearbox i have the box just price on pinshoting and building the box or can you price me on just pin shouting the gears if i take them out and give them to you

Labour £95.00, shot peen & polish £275.00.
Don't attempt the strip yourself, you'll break 5th gear!
Rebuilder parts (bearings, synchros, etc) £175.00

While your here Bernie, I need to replace the rear seal in my T5 (3 door cossie)...I havent had a proper look at it yet but do you know how the prop flange comes off to get at the seal???

The prop will slide out of the back of the gearbox once you have unbolted it from the diff, and undone the centre mount.
