found one of the pc's statements it was done with a LTI20/20 laser. swear to god I thought I was not speeding
what pisses me off the most is that this poor guy, my passenger is being done for something that he is truely not guilty of and the fact that he will lose his licence before even getting one. Thats not fair

Doug to be honest I can't see that there is anything that can be done. Unfortunately the prosecution case is that she has failed to correctly supervise a learner when there was a responsiblity to ensure that they did not drive carelessly or recklessly.
My advice would be to tell the truth that she was not driving etc, however, I feel that the magistrates are likely to side with the officers. I have also PM'd cossieracer with some other advice.

didnt ya sign a piece of paper about something
please dont take offence mate but you know as much as i do how stupid the law and alot of street coppers can be
my saturday boys dad is a beat bobby ( been doing loads of jobs for 22 years service , what a way to end )
he agrees about some of the stupid things they have to deal with, the case i got away wiht tbh was a fooking discrace, i was proper shitting it for 2 months, they should have dropped the case straight away but they never justincase one of us told

hows about this then peeps about a week or so infact not even that , a police car was doing about 130mph or more. I tailed him worrying all the time whether some other cop was up my rear end. he finally exited jct 17 of the M4.

wankers I.M.O , most coppers are ok to be fair, its the courts that let them down 
but some coppers really are bullied children with a big chip on thier shoulders and somthing to prove although having been caught over a ton 3 times and let off all 3 times I can't complain too much, just pissed at the piggy who blatently lied to do me for 44 in a 30

my uncle use to be a patrol man- got a desk job for damaging too many cars patrol cars- haa haa- ture though.
