Based on recent ones on ebay the FRS GT25 turbos seem to sell anywhere between £150 & £400 dependent on condition, mileage done, whether it comes with the heatshield off the FRS etc
The standard FRS log type manifold seems to sell anywhere between £50 & £150 - will be nearer the higher price if it has the heatshield with it as they are normally difficult to get hold of on their own
