would anyone like to change the cams in my silvertop zetec?

ive never done one on a silvertop and would rather have it done, drive in, drive, out, as ive just got the car going and dont want any more problems for now.

I thought he'd be too busy for a cam change, looks like some good hard work goes on in there!
