yeah the multiplugs behind the headlight often give bother. Have you got a good engine ground? You say you have rebuilt the engine? have you changed from phase sensor to cam sensor?

multi plugs have been cut out and hardwired already. still running phase sensor in dizzy. just going back up the workshop now for another attempt!!! cheers mate

solved it. put the old chip in and the car spluttered into life. 'running in' map is totally dead. wont give me any kind of spark or inj pulse. quality odd kids running in chip.
