Default Changing currency

Hey heading to bullgaria in august just looking to get things sorted asap.

Who does everyone use to change the currency and who does the best rates?

Im in 2 minds to change all of my cash or just change half and see how it does me, and leave rest in the bank to take out at a later date?

Any advice welcome.
