if your going for rally replica just get some of the oz wheel front brake coolers, they are cool and i never saw anyone use them after about 93, the escort roof vents look cheepo just like the genuine 909 twinheadlamps, they are fiberglass and were not good quality but they are light weight like the roof vents

Got this vent on the rally car, though my dad painted it white the plumb.
Shifts a lot of air.
We found it was worth the money as we could be arsed with faffing about and the vents & everything in one kit.

The problem of the water leaking inside with the "group A" roof vents may really be a problem, but surely you can make them water proof isn't it ? I really have to find them, I don't want to buy any other roof vent, so

Get one with a water drain.
And if its really pissing down do what I do, and have a bit of sponge to fill the hole.

I got purposed works group A roof vents remade in alu

"One of roof vents complet with all parts in new are 240€! We built them in
GFK with Alu Parts, the are original from Ford Motorsport not Itali made!
1 pair = 480€ ( The looks nice in the car, and all Parts are inculded )"

So that's about 360Ł for a pair of roof vent, not cheap :ekk: but...

Sound good.
If you want motorsport parts you have to get your wallet out.

Yes, that's it ! And I don't want any modern-wrc-style roof vents, so will go for these I think. I will see if he can have some more re-made and will keep this post updated just incase anyone wants to go the "group A" route !

Mate I will try to get some pictures from the guy and see if he can have more, but I am unsure. Again, price would be 440euros so tell me if you are ready to pay that, and I will see what I can do ?

Try Andy Thompson (ATM Sport)

I think he may have remade them.
