Yes, cossie has a larger exhaust housing, and a different wastegate design and downpipe.

Cossie is a .48 housing, RST is a .36 IIRC.

Yes:

RST is 45 trim compressor A/R .42, 0.36 5 stud elbowed turbine housing

2wd cos is 55 trim compressor A/R .42, 0.48 3 stud non elbowed turbine housing

4wd cos is 60 trim compressor A/R .42, 0.48 3 stud non elbowed turbine housing

Bolt it on, and then have a downpipe made. Same way youd fit a T34 to an RST.

up your way mate i dont know, but down here i found one place called pipecraft who wanted about £90, all the rest were around £150 (providing i have the cossie downpipe flange)
