ABS.......

Right its time to remove the damm stuff all it has done is cause me hassel and its going for the chop.....!!!
but 2 questions..
1. Will it affect my MOT as i have heard a few stories about a few Erst failing MOT's because it had ABS removed...
2. How do i remove the old ABS system as i cant seem to find a guide on this...???
