I'm currently making an air feed out of an old headlight with fibreglass, similar to what was on Marc Kinsey's fiesta and SOY. Its going on my focus RS for track days, so just wondering what kind of duct shape i should cut. Any ideas via pics would be appreciated! Cheers!

This is my attempt. Took me all of 2 minutes!![Surprised](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/bigcry.gif)
Seriously though, can you not just remove the glass/plastic cover, and rip the reflector out as i did. If its only for track days it dont have to be pretty.

why not take the inner lenses out your morettes?
or get an old headlight, pull it apart, sand the chrome stuff out, do a couple of layers of fibreglass, couple of layers of filler and spray it up
