Just decided to jump in my mates car and go to this
. Setting off at about 4ish tomorrow from Teesside so not sure what time we will get there. My first time to Combe so gonna have to try and get my name down for a charity ride

, going to be a squeeze in the car but will be worth it i'm sure Looking about 4 / 5hrs depending on traffic
Rob just pop over mine about half 3 to load the car up and pray our lass don't write the car off on the way to my works

Poop.
I was supposed to be leaving work early today to have a leisurely drive up tonight.... Noooooooooooooooooooooo doesnt look like thats gonna happen.
One of the guys i work with his dad went in to a coma last night, so he isnt in work, which only leave 2 sales execs in today instead of the normal 5.

Check out the results my rain dance for Combe is are having!
No heavy rain forecast now until late in the afternoon!!!!! Or for the drive down tonight!
I even got up early today and had all the geometry laser aligned!

Quick update
Neither Mike Rainbirds car or the Labatts RS500 will be able to do charity rides now as they both have engine issues.
However Xsport are putting on a 2nd Seat Championship car piloted by the awesome Greg Rose.
Plus there will be another mk2 escort to join hoepfully.
So not all bad

Does anyone know what time the gates will be shut tonight, as it will be late when i get down there and if i cant get in i will drive down in the morning.

It will probably be after midnight as im coming down from Cheshire towing a big box trailer and cant get away until about 21:00pm. Im in a motorhome so i will just be driving in and getting me head down.

At least your slim and will fit in nicely. I'm bringing a few packs of lard and butter to help some of the more structurally challenged people into the passenger seat.

Yes.....after several calls to "Dawn" and her thinking I was a crank caller, we discovered she did not exist but I did have the right number!
All sorted. A bigger room reserved for 3 slightly above average sized boys.

I will be there with EscortEVOlution, its a fair drive down from Manchester but i went last year for the first time and really enjoyed it so was deffo coming back again this year....

the intercooler is done but A1 has not had time to fit it back in.
