Default after watching....

the men and motors programme regarding sierras etc,they had a old rs500 touring car that they put on the track 2bar boost on a T4 560 bhp 178mph top end!!!!i had no idea they were this powerful!!!!!they showed the engine and it had a seperate pulley and belt off one of the camshaft,just like this one in the link!anyone know what it does??Wonder if this one is 560bhp

That seperate belt+pulley is a mechanical fuel pump.

no its incase of fuel pump failure they have them on quite a few cars used in motorsport

That white cossie for sale is owned by the same guy that had the Tim Harvey Labbats 500 that you are talking about. he also has a an Eggenberger 500 touring car

the last dick johnson 500's (1992) had over 700hp in sprint spec..
