iirc the offset for a series 2 is something like ET35 - with the FRS being ET42 & wheels 8" wide i doubt they will bolt straight on without the need for mods as the fronts would scrub on lock & the rears will likely rub as well so you would be looking at arch mods/rolling, etc, plus dependent on height of car, type of brakes be them standard or aftermarket calipers that may need to be factored in as well

From my time owning a Series 2 i'm sure i remember a few threads in the Escort turbo section on here with people fitting bigger 18's & having to modify the arches, brake pipes, etc

ive got frs wheels on my turbo cabrio they went straight on but as its lowered 35mm i had to roll the rear arches as it scrubbed on bumps and when the car had weight in it i also rolled the front arches too
