we recently evicted a tennant at one of our flats and its now up for rent!!!!!!!!
please dont look any further if your squimish!!!
as some of you know ive also got a property management/maintainance company.
this is what we found!!
toilet over flowing with nice stuff.
almost new sofa.
yep,thats piss in them bottles.over 100 of them in the flat!!!and no lids.
yes they are herione needles everywhere,my lads removed about 200!!!
deposits now being taken!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he was a heroin addict,the flat had around 200 carrier bags with 1 shit in each,really really disgusting,wish i had taken pics of the boys before they went in to clear it,they looked like space men,cost me £150 in PPE for one shift!!
went back tonite to check it completted,makes me realize what a decent team of lads i have,plus the fookers were on £40 an hour!!!

thats cause everytime you jack up your body relaxes and so you take a shite and thats also why they loose weight
there dirty fuckers sure but there trying to survive there life concentrated on a fix only, prb find there mixing it too and spaced out
when i worked in the westend all he back allys where full of human shite due to the junkies in soho square

the bloke was ill. he was a junkie so hardley of a clear and sound mind
its a self inflicted deisise but still a illness im afraid,,,,, if he cleaned up i doubt he will remember most of the stuff hes done hunting for a fix

i remember when i rented a a flat and the sink had a crack in it when we moved in,, they refused to give us the deposit back EVEN THOUGH the old estate agent signed and agreed it was cracked before,,,,, so fuck knows what chance that blokes got
we was also charged 45 quid for cleaning as we left our plates and some other things that could be of use to the new residents that we had to buy when we moved in,,,, imagine THAT charge pmsl

what we do property wise most folk would never touch.its very specialist,the paperwork,licencing H&S etc is a nitemare,but iam a bit of an expert at it now so to me its no problem.
we also do a fair few suicides/murders,but iam not showing any pictures of them jobs,thats just not right,ive seen jobs recently that gave me nitemares for a week,one even put me off food for 2 days,and if you knew me you would know that was hard to do!!!LOL,
wierd i know,but i take great pride in giving these properties back to my coustomers in nice decent condition,

ginge,this one was local housing association,we have 7,100 houses locally to cover 54,000 in the group and just about to sign as new contract for another 70,000!!!!

Just intersted in knowing who your cliental actually is, council, housing assiociation, private, and how you go about being contracted by them?
Know of a few people in the game but they only do minor renovations.

Not all DHSS(which doesn't exist now!!) tenants are scumbags, the same as not all landlords are great.
I spent after taking photos on redecoration of every room, and every carpet replaced, to to cat wee having rotted them all over the place, and that was from a mate!!
I have been with a landlord who refused to fix a hole in the roof took him 7 months to replace a tile, blown off in wind, then tried to charge me for it, as it rotted all the roof timbers.
I get all the DHSS/DSS/DWP comments from people, being medically retired at age 42, so see things from both sides, and some truly are disgusting, I see houses where they look like a palace on the outside, the inside is an eye opener though, especially my yank friends.

Used to do subby work for the City Council a few year back, oh there were some grim discoveries,
Like the reclusive woman who had a heart attack and her dog started eating her because it was starving, neighbours alerted the council because of a bad smell, post mortem said she was dead for around 6 weeks, dog dead for around 4 and half week.
