And I've tested it on my car and have had no problems I know its not the same as you.
I know Dingy has tested his one on his car and has no complaints, actually he is happy with it.
I've had another customer test one on a dyno and way very happy with the increase and emailed me to say - but he didn't send me figs
But either way I'll direct Keith to this thread where you've called him a liar to see what he says.
I've got a guest over at the moment so have to go but will try to check on this later.

Although I'm keeping out of any argument, we use and recommend Radtech products for cosworths, as I have found them to be consistently good performers, very well made, and good value for money.
Edited to add, we also rate pro-alloy equipment as well as radtec, so which ever you choose will be a quality item.

TBH Martin I'll tell them about this it will be a joke, he doesn't want to get involved in all this and TBH neither do I somebody asked about them I said PM for a price and everyone has jumped on me which is a bit unfair
The products do work as they have been tested in mags etc but you don't sell them and you do sell Pro Alloy so you promote Pro Alloy - Fair enough but to say - they can't weld, test them etc is a bit OTT
But this year my car will be out and it might not set any records but it will perform well...............hopefully

Dan, when I said don't believe what they tell you ... I actually meant check it for yourself, no matter what the product is. Does that mean I think they are lying, nope it does not!!

They have told me they test them on MIRA test bed and I think they can give me figures - but I do test everything I sell too, I've got a few customer test cars that I use to test products on.
There are products that I could sell but don't because I know they don't work.
You've said that they don't work etc but another professional highly thought of tuner has commented too and yet you're not arguing with him telling him to test them, only me.
As said I will have a car out this year it has taken me a long time but I have had other commitments and its not the most special car in the world or the fastest or the cleanest or the well put together or the best or welded in cage or the best/well/or the ............
but its got all the products I sell and it will be there the same as I've been attending the shows with my trade stands

Fook it and just buy an Air teck, lol,
There will always be people who prefer one make of somthing to another , I just feel that pro - alloy have covered all bases , they look stunning , they work as well if not better than the rest , the quailty i doubt anyone will question , and they FIT , more than i can say for some intercoolers .
I know they aint the cheapest , but i would rather buy pro-alloy than any other cooler
If i wasnt fitting a gen 500 cooler to my new 3 door ( just simply because its a gen 500 item ) then pro-alloy would be the only other cooler for me

There is NOTHING wrong with AIRTEC quality, yes they are heavy as made solid.
Comments from people who may not be good at tig welding aren't very valid IMO.
I have done TIG welding for years, DTI approved, etc, welded in my time for van diemen as well as lots of other stuff.
Sure you can tell that they could be a bit neater, but it takes TIME which will add to the bill, IMO Airtec is a ace product, certainly for the money, but also for performace, a certain RR we all know has just done a lot of back to back tests on the DYNO, this is coming out in a certain mag, guess why I bought Airtec ?

would be nice to see a back to back test with a person not involved with any trader as im a fond believer that all that shines isnt gold , and i see pro alloy is the nike tshirt over priced probably not as good as the illusion and my reason for this is the fact that daveyum, martin .lee.miker,euan run exstensively modified proy alloy coolers i think clouds peoples vision on there standard item. i got radrec 60mm cooler reason well my mate has a saff with a 7.5.1 engine touring car spec head ,cams,gt30 runing over 2 bar he bought a pro one and suffered high airtemps at full power ,then bought a radtec and it solved the issue which was evidence enough for me .Also iirc mr tarry tried a pro alloy one and went back to his original 500 cooler .
so fry me what ever you want this is how my mind was made up as i couldnt give a fuck what people say what best whats shit i find it out for my self as i have this moto trust no one but urself

Testing the future
i would not just say "they're tested at MIRA, therefore they must be good". that's just marketing bullshit. they could have been tested and had poor results.
i have tested intercoolers in the past both in vehicles in a climatic wind tunnel and on test rigs, so i fully understand these things

I have been using and supplying the AH Intercoolers for over 15 years and have always said it's very good.
Lately I have been using ProAlloy and have to say, its also very good quality with very good delivery times too!! And whats good enough for Martins car is good enough for anyones on here!!
Only use Airtec stuff if your car is a bit rusty at the front end and you want to hold it together or you want to mow someone down with minimal damage to your car.

If Radtec are that good how come their intercooler didn't come top in the Focus ST test.
I don't make the RS500 intercooler, why? because it'll be difficult to beat the Proalloy version, top quality work imo.

i think mine is radtec i know it was bought from rapid ford by previous owner. 60mm core and at full chat on a hot day water injection has to come in occasionally to keep temps at 44 c.
