how much better small turbo inlet compared to 4x4 ?

just wondering how much better a small turbo escort inlet manifold is compared to a 4x4 saph one ?

just so happens i will have one for sale shortly


but i think at below 400 the difference the negligable, i tihnk once you get over like 420-430 i think then the difference is noticable.

May be wrong, thats going off what people say on here.
