This is Sabre....my Doberman

Got him at 7 weeks old....

Hes 2 weeks old in the first pic, Then 6 months old in the second....and 3 years old in the 3rd and 4th...now weighing in at a hefty 7 stone.

Went a bit overboard with the pics, this is my Golden Lab, Bailey.

Rescued him about 4 years ago and the rescue centre thought that he was around 6 months old, his original owners no longer wanted him, so kicked him out onto the street.. and weren't prepared to pay 40quid to the centre to cover food/kennel costs to get him back. However, their loss is our gain, he's a lovely dog and is my best friend.

Dax - That is a truly touching vid, must have been so hard for you guys to say goodbye

but it shows how loved she was

Aww Taz and Bailey are cool. Bailey looks just like my dog when she's on the beach, always digging and swimming, she loves it! I think the beach is like paradise to a dog, so much fun to be had!

you are SO right! i have never ever been without a dog in my ENTIRE life up until smelly died last november, and i do find it incredibly difficult not having a canine companion!

but

unfortunately, the hours i work it just wouldnt be fair on a dog right now!
