Firstly I don't use it a great deal and only purchase via paypal so need some advice please...
I've sold a few items on Ebay and have been paid about £200 via paypal, I did ask for personal cheques on the invoice I sent the buyers but they'd paid via paypal anyway!
The problem I have is that I let someone (off here!!) pay me via paypal for something before, sent the item out, then they did a reclaim thing and fucked me over about 2 months later!
I had to go to the hassle of getting a cheque out of him, and also my paypal account was £40 in the red!?

Obviously I don't want this happening again on larger sums of money, so if I transfer the money out of the paypal account, presumably it goes to my bank account?
Also, once i've transferred the money from paypal, can the cunts just take it back again even though I will have sent the items, I understand that the buyer can reclaim money for up to 4 months or something!!?
Do I have to wait any length of time before sending the items out if they've paid via paypal?
Sorry for all the perhaps daft questions but i'm proper nervous about being done over again and don't use paypal enough to understand it!

Thanks.

I use paypal ALOT the best thing to do to avoid paypal giving them there money back is to send the items by a tracked delivery service. But never leave money in your paypal account transfer it straight to your bank account then if they do try and claim the money back call your bank A.S.A.P and tell them to stop ALL paypal transactions or paypal will take it from your bank!!! they did this with me for £400 luckly i proved that i was in the right and they gave me the money back. They sent me an email before they took the money sayng that someone had made a claim but paypal didnt take the money untill about 4 days later (dont know if this is the normal period they give before taking the money)

yes i also use that www.parcel2go.com its cheaper than the royal mail for parcels, and you dont have the fuck about of queuing in the post office, they collect from your door.
the buyer cant say they didnt receive when its been sent by trackable courier.
they still could try and make out its faulty goods or whatever.
