wonder if anyone could help my focus recently developed a bad knocking sound coming from front of car checked ball joints,springs.shocks no obvious signs and wonderd if anyone has any suggestions or is there any common problems which could cause this on the focus its a 51 plate it occurs when pressing clutch in also but doesnt happen all of the time a hope somone out there can help

 

does it happen more driving over uneven ground? anti-roll bar links are common

 

thats the puzzling thing it doest happen all the time somtimes its fine steering either way causes it also

 

you checked the wishbones/lower arms or whatever you know them as.
